How long until it ships?

Made-to-order pieces ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Full timelines are in our shipping guide, and we email you the moment yours is on the bench.

How do natural and lab grown compare?

They look identical on the neck and grade on the same scales. Natural stones cost more and hold their appeal for buyers who want an earth-mined origin; lab grown buys you a bigger carat weight for the same budget. We are happy to price both for your spec.

Where do the diamonds come from?

We buy from cutters we have worked with for years and every stone is conflict free under the Kimberley Process.

Do they come with certification?

Every necklace ships with an appraisal for insurance. GIA certification is available on request for larger stones.

Can I change the spec after ordering?

Yes, as long as we have not started setting. Message us within 48 hours of ordering and we will adjust the width, length, carat weight or gold color at no charge.

What if the spec I want is not listed?

We build one-off pieces every week. Send your idea through the custom design form and we will come back with a quote and a timeline.
