Why are your prices lower?
We're a family jeweler with our own showroom in the Boston Jewelers Exchange Building, and the pieces we show on our lives come with live-only prices.
How does claiming work?
Ask questions while we show each piece, then claim the ones you want during the live or buy them on the site.
Where do the lives happen?
On Instagram (@thejewelryspot) and here on our website. Every live in the schedule shows where it happens.
When are the lives?
Twice a week. The schedule on this page shows the next lives with the date and time in Eastern Time. Add one to your calendar to get a reminder.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Every order ships free, insured and signed for on delivery.
Can I return a piece?
Eligible unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Can I see a piece in person?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 333 Washington St, Suite 429, Boston, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
